Increases Alcohol in Molasses based DistilleriesAlcoBoost is an advanced enzyme to achieve higher efficiency during fermentation in molasses based distilleries. It is a blend of hydrolyzing enzymes, bio-nutrients, biocatalysts and also has antimicrobial properties. It breaks the complex carbohydrates in to fermentable sugars which are then utilized by yeast to produce extra alcohol in the process.
Applications: AlcoBoost is typically used in the molasses fermentation for efficient and economical production of ethanol.

EnMyl is a starch-hydrolyzing thermostable alpha-amylase derived from a mutated strain of Bacillus licheniformis. It is an endo-amylase that randomly hydrolyzes alpha-1,4-glucosidic bonds to reduce the viscosity of gelatinized starch, producing soluble dextrin’s and oligosaccharides.
Applications: It is used in sugar cane industry. EnMyl helps in conversion of starch present in sugar cane juice to make sugar juice clearer with better processability into system.
EnDex:
It is a Dextranase Enzyme produced by the controlled fermentation of a Non GMO Fungal Strain. It hydrolyses the alpha glucosidic bond contained in dextran to release either glucose or isomaltose (exodextranases) or isomalto-oligosaccharides (endodextranases).
Applications:
It is used in the Sugar Cane Industry. In sugar production dextrans are undesirable compounds increasing the viscosity of the flow and reducing industrial recovery, bringing about significant losses. The use of Dextranase enzyme is the most efficient method for hydrolyzing the dextran’s at sugar mills.
